As we emerge from COVID, the US as a whole and Indian Country, in particular, are seeing surges in the 'syndemic' of interrelated disease states of sexually transmitted infections, hepatitis C virus, HIV and substance use disorder. Staff serving American Indian and Alaska Native people are invited to participate in a free 2 day in-person training on October 5th - 6th to address the syndemic - with follow up virtual ECHO clinics to continue learning, knowledge sharing and support. CE will be provided:

Who Should Attend: Tribal leaders, decision-makers, administration, physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, nurses, behavioral health specialists, nurses, chemical dependency counselors, peer support specialists, medical assistants, community health representatives, tribal community health providers or others interested in learning new skills to effectively address the syndemic are invited to attend.
