[HIV-STD-Prevention] Washington County HIV Testing Funding Opportunity #u#

Washington County Health and Human Services (HHS) is awarding $180,000 for a 2-year contract to one contractor to provide client centered counseling, HIV testing, and referral services (CTRS) for individuals among particular sexual and social networks at higher risk for HIV. Services will include testing at our weekly HIV/STI clinic, outreach testing and education, and referrals to PrEP navigation. The contractor must be able to provide services both in-person as well as via online methods in Washington County to Washington County residents. The funding period will begin July 1, 2023, and end June 30, 2025.
