New Funding Opportunity to Build Capacity in Harm Reduction Communication: Harm Reduction & Academic Detailing (HRAD) Project<https://www.naccho.org/blog/articles/funding-announcement-2023-2024-harm-reduction-and-academic-detailing-hrad-project>

With support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), NACCHO is pleased to offer a funding opportunity for health departments or government, nonprofit, academic, or other organizations to develop key messages on harm reduction that can be delivered through academic detailing. Through this project, selected sites will identify and develop/pilot messages for a population that would benefit from detailing on harm reduction and overdose prevention and response and has meaningful engagement with the priority population of people who use drugs.

Through this funding opportunity, NACCHO and CDC will award up to eight (8) applicants, for up to $60,000 per site.
