Why is Communication So Hard?! (Clinical Communications ECHO Program Invitation)

Have you ever had a difficult conversation with a patient or colleague and not felt entirely confident about how to approach the interaction most effectively?  Have you thought that perhaps you’d be able to improve your patients’ outcomes if you could get them to really understand the information that you are trying to communicate?  If so, the ECHO Institute would like to invite you to participate in our Clinical Communications ECHO program, held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 8:00 - 9:00 am MT.  Join our community and see how support with communication techniques can make you a more effective provider in what could otherwise be challenging interactions!
