TakeMeHome eligibility has been expanded and is now available for Oregonians 14 years of age and older.

The Oregon Health Authority in contract with NASTAD operate Oregon’s home delivery HIV/STI testing program called TakeMeHome. The program is designed to focus on persons at-risk for HIV/STIs who have barriers to testing in clinical settings and/or have not been tested for HIV/STIs within the previous 12 months. The program offers no-cost mail-order rapid HIV self-tests, rapid syphilis self-tests, and self-collected STI and HCV tests. STI and HCV tests are processed by Molecular Testing Laboratories and results are made available to the patient in an online portal.
