Free Capacity Building to Initiate Same Day PrEP
HealthHIV is recruiting sexual health clinics, LGBTQ health centers, and public health department clinics to join a CBA collaborative to support the development of organizational infrastructure that enables the HIV workforce to implement routine, same-day PrEP prescriptions. Sites in the collaborative will receive individualized, virtual capacity building assistance (CBA) over a 9-month period and provide pre- and post-data to HealthHIV to track their progress toward improved same-day PrEP delivery.
Participating sites will:
· Receive individualized and group-level CBA from HealthHIV and an advisory group of experienced implementers of same-day PrEP (clinicians, administrators, and navigators) for 9 months to enhance your ability to implement same-day PrEP.
· Collaborate with peer organizations through a learning community.
· Receive a participation honorarium to cover administrative time.
CBA topics could include, but are not limited to:
· Implementing PrEP readiness assessments with patients (formal or informal)
· Efficiently navigating patient assistance programs
· Identifying candidates for same-day PrEP
· Building same-day PrEP into existing workflows
· Utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach to same-day PrEP
· Messaging same-day PrEP options to patients
To join the cohort, complete an interest form by clicking the button below. Participation in this program is limited, so please respond accurately and thoroughly.
