[LHDAccreditation] CQI

[Tom R ENGLE]

My understanding is there are 3 core elements required that have to be in place in order to apply for accreditation - assessment, strategic plan, and improvement plan.  
 
I have also heard talk about continuous quality improvement.  Is that a 4th area or embedded in one or more of the core 3?
