Has anyone had any success determining what measure 4.1.3 is asking? "Link stakeholders to technical assistance regarding models of recruiting and engaging with the community. as requested" I have read the interpretation and am still in a cloud, any direction would be wonderful! Thanks, Divneet Kaur
