[LHDAccreditation] Domain 12 question

We are looking for ideas/examples that you would use to orient your
Board of Commissioners/governing entity about your Health Department to
comply with the following Standard:
12.2.2A: Communication with the governing entity regarding the
responsibilities of the governing entity.
Required Documentation                                                 
                     
1. One example of a communication with the governing entity about their
operational definitions and/or statements of the public health governing
entity's roles and responsibilities.  The HD should select its
documentation for this measure based on the model of governance in place
for the HD.  Documentation could be in the form of meeting minutes,
memos, emails, briefing papers, or other correspondence.
