[LHDAccreditation] Domain 10 Research

Hi all, 
We are looking for examples (checklists, protocols, process) that
counties might use when approached about participating in research to go
about making sure the research has all of its ducks in a row,
checking/validating an IRB etc.  I've found processes from places that
have an IRB but nothing as an example for a local health department to
use to verify everything before agreeing to participate.
 
Any examples would be great.
