[LHDAccreditation] Follow-up: Public Health Foundation, Future of PH Award (QI TA and training)

Greetings Accreditation Readiness Grantees and interested counties,

Recently national partners have been offering grants for Quality Improvement training and consultation. The latest request for application is from the Public Health Foundation, offering  awards for 3 days of on-site assistance and training for up to 25 people.

If you are not applying individually, there is opportunity to collaborate with your neighbors or those who may be at a readiness level that you are for quality improvement training or initiatives:
"County health departments can submit a joint application if they are working collectively on one project aimed at one or more Winnable Battles (e.g. multi-county program that aims to reduce the number of teenage pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases). All applying health departments which receive the technical assistance must be involved in the planning and implementation of the project. Each county health department will need to complete a separate Applicant Commitment and Waiver Form on page 6 of the application. In addition, applicants need to indicate that it is a joint application and provide the other county contact information in the additional information section on page 5 of the application."
