[LHDAccreditation] Exciting Accreditation Readiness Grant Opportunity!

Dear Local Health Departments,


My apologies if you are on other lists and have already received this.


The Performance Management Program (PMP) has just released a *Request for
Application for one (1) $35,000 accreditation readiness grant*. The closing
date for application is March 21, 2012 at 5 PM, PST. Project period will be
April 2 through July 30, 2012. This period may be extended to September 15,
2012, if PMP receives year 3 funding. Preference will be given to LPHAs who
are not currently receiving PMP funds.


The project narrative is 2 pages.
