Good moring Accreditation Readiness Grantees and the Accreditation Workgroup,

Hi Maikia-

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to respond to the question/suggestions you had for NACCHO's Performance Improvement Webinar Series.

Your suggestion/request was: "1) summary of research on QI implementation in public health compared to hospitals, production, etc..., 2) site visits, how to prepare staff, 3) building PH competencies that include QI skills, 4) QI plans."

Based on suggestions like yours, we have determined that the April webinar, planned for Thursday, April 12, 2012 from 2-3 p.m. ET/ 1-2 p.m. CT/ 12-2 p.m. MT/ 11 a.m.-12 p.m. PT, will focus on the topic, "Introduction to Developing a Performance Management System". This will include discussion of QI plans and processes.
