[LHDAccreditation] Important Dates! Upcoming Accreditation/ QI/ Performance Management Workshops and Webinars

Below is the schedule of upcoming accreditation related trainings. No
matter where you are in the process of accreditation and QI preparedness,
we hope you will take advantage of these carefully planned events.

There is a very exciting Quality Improvement and Performance Management
workshop coming up in place of my scheduled accreditation webinar for May
on *Tuesday, May 1st*. *Please save the date!*  This is an exciting
opportunity put on by OPHA to do hands-on work related to Performance
Management and developing QI plans and policies.

For the upcoming accreditation webinar on *Tuesday, April 3rd*, I will be
doing a mini-webinar "Intro to Quality Improvement" mostly repeating topics
from my first webinar in order to help LHDs *without QI experience* to
prepare for the upcoming all-day workshop put on by the OPHA with trainer
Marni Mason (information will be sent out soon about this workshop). This
workshop is an exciting opportunity and this mini-webinar may help prepare
those with little or no QI experience. Please note, for those who have
attended previous QI trainings, this will be repeat information. Please

the guidance and some considerations for documentation review and selection
for each standard/ measure within these four domains. I will send out
