[LHDAccreditation] Policy Education & Accreditation Toolkit (for 5.1.3.A and 11.2.4.A)

Accreditation Work Group,

The legislative session gives us the opportunity to educate policy makers
to the public health impacts of proposed legislation. Attached is a toolkit
that may be helpful for you for specific accreditation requirements related
to policy education (may be specifically helpful for 5.1.3.A and 11.2.4.A).


The toolkit describes some current proposed policies with links to get more
information, and ideas for how to get involved with policy education.


Please note, this toolkit is meant to be a guide for providing education on
the public health impacts of proposed legislation. The information provided
in this toolkit may change as bills are amended. Please read the most up to
date version of the bill.
