[LHDAccreditation] Upcoming Accreditation Work Group & Workshop- Please Register for February 20th Workshop

Accreditation Work Group,

There are two accreditation meetings coming up:

1. *Accreditation Work Group Meeting on Monday February 11th 1:30-3:30*. We
will be focusing on *Domains 2 & 11*. Please bring any questions and/or
documentation you plan to use for these domains for our discussion. The
agenda with location, webinar and call-in information is attached.

2. Half-day in-person *CLHO Accreditation & QI Workshop on Wednesday
February 20th 8:30-12* in Salem. A speaker from the NACCHO Speakers Bureau
will be there speaking about her local health department's experience with
Accreditation. Franklin County Health Department was a beta test site, and
have also applied for accreditation and had their site review in October,
2012. She will be sharing their QI plan with comments from the site
reviewers as well as sharing some example QI projects, how to involve staff
at all levels in QI and documentation efforts, and developing a culture of
QI at your health department. Agenda with location attached.

*To register for the February 20th workshop: please send an email to
erin at oregonclho.org as soon as possible with your name, health department
and if you plan to stay for lunch after the workshop. Lunch will be
provided for those who plan to stay. *

Travel Note: Please note for those who attend the CLHO meetings, the
February CLHO meeting is the next day in Salem in the same building.
