[LHDAccreditation] Reminder-- Accreditation Domain Discussion Notes Posted to GovSpace

Accreditation Work Group,

We have been discussing specific accreditation domains at the last four
Accreditation Work Group meetings (including what health departments plan
to use for documentation, questions specific to the measures, etc.)

The notes/minutes for the following domain discussions are posted on the
govspace accreditation website: 1,2,3,6,7,10,11,12. Please search by domain
in the search field to view these documents.

At the next two meetings we will address domains 4, 5, 8, and 9.
