[LHDAccreditation] Local Performance Management Webinar with Marni Mason Wednesday 8:30-9:30am

Accreditation Work Group,

Marni Mason (Performance Management and QI Specialist) will be facilitating
an hour-long phone/ webinar session this *Wednesday July 17th 8:30am-9:30am.

This webinar will include a case study from a local health department that
highlights a practical example of developing programmatic performance
measures and quality improvement projects. Marni has recruited a colleague
from another local health department to share her personal stories and then
Marni will spend the rest of the time with us talking about other examples
and additional recommendations for implementing performance management.

This session is part of CLHO and OPHA's ongoing work with Marni Mason and
is made possible by a grant from APHA.Thank you to Clackamas County Public
Health Division for helping to organize this meeting and welcoming other
health departments to join the call.
