[LHDAccreditation] CHA/CCO engagement

Jackson County Public Health has been working with Josephine County Public Health, Primary Health, Jackson Care Connect, and AllCare to produce a CHA.  We completed a meta-analysis in April of this year and are anticipating November as a completion date for the CHA.
