Jackson County Public Health has been working with Josephine County Public Health, Primary Health, Jackson Care Connect, and AllCare to produce a CHA. We completed a meta-analysis in April of this year and are anticipating November as a completion date for the CHA.

Good morning -
One of our programs here is curious to know if any of you have used your Community Health Assessment to specifically engage with your local CCO. If you have, will you please let me know?

Thanks!
