the one day workshop in March with Marni Mason.

*Wednesday, May 28, 10-11am: Variation in Work Processes*

Why don’t we get the same results when we conduct the same activity over
and over? Learn about the theory of variation in work process and how to
better understand how to use different methods, such as control charts, to
improve the results of a work process. This fundamental concept is one of
the foundations of all quality improvement efforts.

*Slides for the May 28 webinar are attached.* You do not need to have
attended either the workshop of the first webinar to participate in this
