[LHDAccreditation] Accreditation and QI at OPHA

The OPHA annual conference is next week, October 13th and 14th, and there
will be a panel session on Accreditation and QI/PM posters. I would like to
encourage you to come to the panel and poster sessions to learn about
accreditation and QI efforts happening at other LHDs.

The panel session is on Monday, October 13th from 245-4pm in the Alumni
Ballroom 110 AB.

The poster session is on Monday, October 13th from 430-6pm in Alumni Center
room 115.
