[LHDAccreditation] Accreditation Document Requests

Dear Accreditation Workgroup,

I wanted to send a reminder of our established document request process for
documents from both CLHO and the Public Health Division. If you require a
document from either organization this request needs to be made via
govspace and if there are multiple people from your local health department
needing the same document this should be coordinated through your
designated accreditation coordinator. I have attached the document that
outlines the request process, it is also available on the govspace AWG
group page. Thank you!
