[LHDAccreditation] AWG: Request for info by June 13th

Hello Accreditation Workgroup,

Happy Friday! I'm looking forward to our call on June 19th from 2:30-3:30.
This month we have Andrea Krause, Accreditation Coordinator from Jackson
County who will be available to answer questions about accreditation. If
you were able to attend the OPHA Accreditation Workshop last month you
would have seen her great presentation on Quality Improvement and
Performance Management. Here are links to two handouts that she shared
during the presentation.

Can you please reply to me let me know of any questions or topics that you
would like Andrea to cover by this Wednesday, June 13th? I want to make
sure she has time to reflect on questions and be prepared to talk about the
issues that are important to you all. All questions or ideas for topics are
very much appreciated!

Also - I will send out an agenda for our June meeting next week with access
information but please note for June we will be using the GoToMeeting
platform instead of Skype since Joey will be unable to host this month.
