We have a great call planned and hope you can join. Nicole Fields from
Lincoln County will talk about their site visit from PHAB in May and then
Andrea Krause from Jackson County will be on the line to answer your
questions about accreditation. We have already gotten several requests for
discussion items for Andrea, but please bring any more questions you have
to our meeting next week.

Andrea was asked to cover:

   - Advice for other counties on preparing for their own site visit
   - Advice on any examples, tools, or other County annual reports
   available, which will provide good examples/models on the process of
   documenting and reporting, as per PHAB requirements for annual reports.
   - Process for annual CHA updates when document is developed by another
   entity or multiple partner orgs
   - Processes for managing and keeping everything on track post –
   accreditation

Additionally, invitations were sent out to public health directors and
accreditation coordinators of accredited health departments last week to
the PHAB Accredited Health Department workshop in October. Please let me
know if you have any questions about this workshop.
