[LHDAccreditation] April 2019 Agenda for next week's call

Hello Local Health Department Accreditation Work Group peeps!

Wow, that's a mouthful. Thank you for carrying on last month without me (sadly, my daughter was NOT chosen to be the Rose Festival Princess for Madison High School but that is OK) - the YouTube recording has been posted to GovSpace and is also included in the attached agenda.

We are switching it up a little and giving you some "homework". Please come to the call prepared to show your Strategic Plan to the group. Each of you will have 4-5 minutes where we will give you the "floor" and you can show us what your strategic plan looks like. In addition, there are several questions in the agenda that we can all discuss. I've included them here so you can ponder them over the next few days. Judy Bankman has re-joined our group in a different capacity and will assist Muriel by facilitating the discussion. This ought to be a lively conversation so come prepared!


  *   Can we go around the call and share your Strategic Plan?
  *   What role did your LHD have in your regional CHIP? How did this impact the creation of your Strategic Plan?
  *   Did any of you create your CHIP and SP simultaneously? If not, how did you create alignment if one already existed?
  *   Alignment - any tips for process to go through to achieve alignment with CHIP & QI Plan? Tools, etc.?
  *   Challenges with monitoring? Tips/successes for monitoring?
  *   Who has operational plans? How are these used? Is the budget integrated into these?
