[LHDAccreditation] Question about formal QI projects

Hello Accreditation group,

In an effort to update the Local Accreditation Readiness 2019
<https://oregonclho.org/resources/public-health-accreditation/> map on the
CLHO website, I'd like to get a sense of which counties are implementing
formal QI projects.

If you could please respond and let me know if your county is working on
formal QI projects, that would be fantastic.
