Last time, I promise. Attached is our action cycle handbook for all participants engaged in our CHIP partnership/process. I have also attached an example action plan which has been distributed as a handout in workgroup meetings.

We are currently collecting organizational objectives and compiling our initial action plan which will be a living document.
