Just wanted to share one last reminder about this free 3-day online Equity Conference organized by Peralta Community College happening next week! Here is the overview shared on the conference website<https://sites.google.com/view/peraltaequityconference/home>:

We invite you to join us, the Peralta Community College District's Online Equity Team, for our fifth Online Equity Conference!

  *   You can participate in real time or on your own time. We will meet during live sessions April 14 to 16, 2025. The sessions will be recorded for anyone who cannot attend in real-time. Register to receive announcements about when and where to go.
  *   Everyone is welcome. We welcome equity-minded students, educators, staff and leaders who represent colleges, universities, non-profit organizations and vendors from all around the world.
  *   Equity is the focus. Our goals are 1) to increase the visibility of all efforts to increase learning equity in higher education and 2) to bring together institutions that want to share and adopt equitable practices for all online students globally.

We are only one week away from the 2025 Peralta Online Equity Conference. As a reminder, the conference will take place April 14-16 (North America dates). We are excited about the program, which includes two featured sessions:

  *   Day 1 Plenary - April 14, 9 am Pacific: What AI Prompts Would Darwin Write? - Kevin Kelly, CCC Digital Center for Innovation, Transformation & Equity
  *   Day 2 Plenary - April 15, 9 am Pacific: Humanizing in the AI Era - Michelle Pacansky-Brock, California Virtual Campus & Online Network of Educators (@ONE)
