[Libs-Or] Adults included in Summer Reading Program

We started including adults when I was hired at Driftwood in 2022 and it's slowly grown in popularity.

In 2022, we missed the deadline to order adult shirts so adults were only able to collect the buttons as they turned in reading logs. Then in 2023 we ordered a small amount of adult t-shirts to see how they did as prizes on top of the small plush birds we were offering to all ages. Last year we saw a dramatic increase when we offered t-shirts and stickers (the same prizes we were offering kids and teens) to the adults and this year has seen even more adult participation.

We've found that ordering adult sizes in the shirts is also more inclusive to our teens as they don't always fit in the youth sizes anymore. But overall, we just offer the adults the same prizes that we offer the younger ages. We give a prize for every reading log completed (8 hours of reading for kids/teens and 10 hours for adults) and then we do a raffle for each age group with prizes being donated from local businesses for each age range.

This year and last year the adults actually turned in the most reading logs out of all the age groups, so it's definitely been a popular decision.
