[Libs-Or] Adults included in Summer Reading Program

We do include adults in our SRP and have many adults who look forward to it
each year.
We don't provide weekly incentives to adults but do have a "grand prize"
drawing at our wrap up party and the adults do get entered to win that
drawing when they turn in minutes. There are grand prizes in each age
group. The adult prize is not part of our SRP budget.
