[Libs-Or] Pacific Power Foundation & PGE Foundation grants for libraries

Hi library folk!

I had enlightening conversation a couple weeks ago with Ryan Hashagen, the owner of Icicle Tricycles<https://icetrikes.com/> based in Portland, who had an exhibitor's booth at the recent OLA Conference.

Ryan clued me in to the fact that a number of Oregon libraries have used grants from their local power utility foundations to pay for book bikes to help with their library's outreach activities. Examples include the Independence Public Library and the Athena Public Library!

It occurred to us that these grants could help with any number of potential projects and initiatives at your library. For more info, please visit your local utility provider's foundation:

Pacific Power Foundation grants<https://www.pacificpower.net/community/foundation.html> (several areas of focus, but their Community Enhancement grants specifically mention libraries - deadline in June 15!)

PGE Foundation grants<https://pgefoundation.org/apply-for-funding> (like Pacific Power Foundation, they have several areas of focus with rolling deadlines)
