[lstac] Subgrant question

We're reimbursement only, but my administrator got advanced payments approved from our Administrative Services Division. Below is a snippet that I'll be using as a model for an MOU between The Nevada State Library and each of our subgrantees. There's a 2nd page that has a table with the approved project budget and the advanced payment schedule. It's the same thing I always do, but backwards and I'm comfortable with it.  There's language in the uniform guidance that covers interest - I will have to look at that more closely to figure out what's what.  We're thinking of doing quarterly. Hope this helps!

Do any states forward fund subgrants? If so, how does it work so they don’t earn interest on the federal funds?



If anyone does forward fund, can you please send me any guidelines, forms, etc. that might help me.
