We're going to be looking at how we calculate MOE, so I was wondering if anyone be willing to share how you figure MOE and/or how often you reevaluate your method? (We're all structured differently, so no in the weeds details needed!)
Right now, we use a somewhat complicated formula that involves PCNs, percentages, and certain budget categories. Some budget categories have historically not been included (like our Purchasing Assessment), so I'm trying to get some perspective.
