Karen, great point.  For all of my applications, I just ask for the DUNS
number.  Anyone receiving federal grants, and usually any other kind of
grant, will have one.  I recommend they ask their financial office for it
if they don't know it, or they can look it up here:
https://www.dnb.com/duns-number/lookup.html

Also, the FSRS limit got raised to $30,000 this year!  This is from Teri's
Top Ten document as well.
