[lstac] Florida's LSTA and CARES Act grant programs

All,

I have been following the conversations regarding subgrants and the what do you do questions.

Florida has a subgrant program. I have attached the grant guidelines. More information can be found at:

We also granted out all of our CARES Act grant funds using a modified grant application. I have attached the grant guidelines.
