Hello LSTA'ers!

I know that we'll be meeting later today but I hope that you might take a minute to consider this question (from my State Librarian!)

Due to the multitude of suggestions that we are getting from the NJ library field for ways to spend the ARPA funds, she wants to put out a short email which includes non-allowable costs. I've already listed construction, and I've put in the draft email that the funds need to be spent and the project complete by September 30, 2022. When I look at the 2 CFR 200 section there is a section on costs and the text indicates what is allowable and non-allowable. However, much of what is there doesn't apply to what the field is asking for. I had a "cheat" sheet from IMLS a long time ago. Does anyone still have it/remember/can bring it up in summary fashion? Or, perhaps you give out sub-grants regularly (which NJ hasn't in decade) and have a section of your web site that lists non-allowable costs.
