[lstac] Need help reporting sub-awards

My fiance person has hit a wall with our first attempt to report two
sub-awards over $30K. While there are two help desk tickets submitted with
the Federal Service Desk, it's been 3 weeks. *I may need more patience. *

I wonder if it might be possible to ask the process-focused question to one
of you who does this on the regular. Who's game?
