[lstac] Construction subgrants question

We are looking at having subgrants through the Coronavirus Capital Projects
Fund. Two questions:

1) If you currently offer construction subgrants through your state
library, would you be willing to share materials on your application,
review, and reporting process?

2) If you're currently also working on materials for the ARPA capital
construction fund, would you be willing to share your materials?
