Yep, you are not alone. I sent to IMLS to research and I'm waiting patiently for it to be resolved.

I have this issue also.  I have a ticket open with the Federal help desk that they have escalated to "Tier 2" support but it hasn't had any movement in a couple of weeks.

Hi all--

I am trying to enter FFATA info into FSRS.gov but the federal award number is not in the system. Our program officer at IMLS says this is an FSRS issue (which I totally believe).

Has anyone else had this issue?
