[lstac] [External] FFATA on FSRS - No Federal Award Number?

Thank you, Catherine & Erica! It is good to know I am not the only one.

I also filed a ticket with the federal service desk and they told me that
the federal grantor (IMLS) needs to enter the number. IMLS told me the
error is on the FSRS.gov end.

The feds closed my ticket and put the responsibility back on me. I spent an
hour on the phone with the federal service desk last week and it was really
useless.

I will also wait until this is resolved.
