[lstac] [External] FFATA on FSRS - No Federal Award Number?

In my ticket, I told them that I was able to see my award listed on USASpending.gov, which shows that IMLS entered the award.  Of course I didn’t take a screenshot at the time and I can’t locate it anymore, but your FY22 is there (see below)! When I search by CFDA on USASpending there are 48 awards  for FY22 so some are missing, but it seems to not make a difference as mine is missing and yours and Erica’s are listed.

Thank you, Catherine & Erica! It is good to know I am not the only one.

I also filed a ticket with the federal service desk and they told me that the federal grantor (IMLS) needs to enter the number. IMLS told me the error is on the FSRS.gov end.

The feds closed my ticket and put the responsibility back on me. I spent an hour on the phone with the federal service desk last week and it was really useless.

I will also wait until this is resolved.

I have this issue also.  I have a ticket open with the Federal help desk that they have escalated to “Tier 2” support but it hasn’t had any movement in a couple of weeks.

Hi all--

I am trying to enter FFATA info into FSRS.gov but the federal award number is not in the system. Our program officer at IMLS says this is an FSRS issue (which I totally believe).

Has anyone else had this issue?
