Hi Karren,

We pass through a State Appropriation in the amount of $1,000,000 to the Colorado Library Consortium. They provide services to libraries throughout the state.  We distribute the funds to them via a grant award agreement.  Is this what you have in mind? If so I can send you a copy of the executed grant award agreement for this fiscal year.
