[lstac] LSTA Advisory Councils

LSTA Coordinators,

I know that LSTA Advisory Councils are optional, however the NJ State Library continues to hold meetings of this group 3-4 times annually. For those of you who still have such councils, what do you have them work on? Our council has typically been the recipients of reports from State Library staff. Our new State Librarian wants them to have "opportunities for engagement" and I do not know what that might be. Thoughts?
