I think the deal was that if your state has a statewide subscription to UFL resources (our subscription is described here<https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/conted/boardtraining>), then you’re eligible for a statewide registration for the virtual conference.

​​I find this confusing.  I read it to mean that you could only register if your state or your library is a member, but now I'm thinking that we could do a statewide registration as long as we pay for it?  If so, does this apply to other things UFL offers?
