[lstac] Quarterly Accrual Report Guidance

Hello all,

I am new in my LSTA coordinator role. The agency also has a new budget
officer so both of us are new to these quarterly accrual reports. I was
hoping to get some guidance from the group. I believe we send the
information via email in the table template provided. Is the reporting for
the grant period to date or just the quarter (April-June)? Would the 270s
(Column C) be the payment requests we submit in Reach? Any insight would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
