[lstac] Question about covered subscription services

Hi!

How are you all handling subscription services paid for by subgrantees? For example, a library pays for the subscription for one year in one payment. Do you prorate the grant funds to only cover the portion of the subscription that occurs during the award period? If their receipt is outside of the grant period but the subscription covers time within the grant period, is it a valid receipt to document the expense? Would you fund a portion of the subscription that falls within the official grant period, but before an official award was made? Or would you start with the point the award is made and extend through the end of the grant period?
