Hi Talela,
I've attached a copy of our Grant Funding Change Letter Template. This is to be used only when the funding changes. I think you could modify it to accommodate other changes as well.  Funding changes are all I've had to do!

Would anyone be willing to share the method they use to amend or modify a grant agreement after it has been established with a grantee. Would anyone be willing to share their amendment form?
