Hi colleagues,

I'm (mostly) back from me reassignment to COVID work and am jumping right in to our 5-year planning. I'm hoping some of you are willing to share the work you're doing and your situations in your states on a couple issues.

Does anyone have 5-year plan language (current or new) around equity? We have an equity goal now but are looking to revamp it.

Do any of your states support statewide ILL services with LSTA funds? If you do, would you be willing to share the dollar amount and/or percentage of your LSTA budget you dedicate to that. We support it with about 40% of out LSTA budget and it really hampers our ability to do a lot of other things. On the other hand, we have a staff of 5 and no capacity to provide those types of services which are very much valued by our state library community. If you have a statewide program funded by other sources, what are they?
