[lstac] ARPA Extension

NY is planning to request an extension as some of our subawardees are having supply-chain issues and for statewide projects we have some capacity issues with vendors we are using.  At a recent COSLA meeting (at PLA) IMLS did say that they would now entertain individual extensions of up to 9 months.

Hi all,

I actually have already requested and received a small extension. I had a school library grant that was woefully under-requested and we needed to change gears to spend the remainder of the grant. This was extra time for us to do that in meaningful ways.
